VW Whitenoise

This well established family run Festival on the Norfolk/Suffolk border offers a unique mix of motors, arts and music.

With five stages including a magical Woodland area they put on a diverse selection of music including Festival Favourites (Dreadzone and Dub Pistols are already on the bill for 2016), local talent and worshipped DJs (Norman Jay MBE in 2015) and sweet Soul music a plenty.

Set in the stunning Euston Park, just a 30-40 minute drive from Cambridge, Norwich and Ipswich, the Festival attracts 5000 to camp where suits them best; general, family/quiet and special areas for Volkswagen Clubs and air-cooled vehicles.

There is tons of free stuff for kids which has included a free roller rink and skate hire, trombone trials, drum workshops and the now infamous cardboard campervan making workshops.  With two quirky bars stocking local ciders and real ales and a food village that delights there's also a large trade village.

The heart of the Festival celebrates pimped and ancient VW motors and rods and customs with show n shine competitions as well as a custom and retro bicycle competition on the Saturday. Well-behaved dogs, kept on leads are welcome to be part of it. The loo and shower facilities were raved about after 2015 and with weekend tickets starting from a mere £40 per adult. Street theatre and creative displays, including fire-breathing creations, add to the magic. Be part of it this summer!
