As a qualified health & safety professional, I bring a range of experience to help keep your event safe!
With qualifications in health & safety as well as food safety, I can also oversee and check on food traders as well as manage the safety of your event. I hold advanced training in first aid and can comfortably work alongside medical providers. For small events I can work alone or for larger events, work with my established team of like-minded professionals.
From attending Safety Advisory Group (SAG) meetings with councils and fire officers, to assisting with fire risk assessments and traffic management plans, COSHH, RIDDOR and crowd management, I can assist.
My experience ranges from small events of 700 people for 5 days through to events of several thousand over long weekends. A client from a recent event for 5000 people over 4 days said “It was great working with you and having your support and expertise”
Remember: You, the client, are ultimately responsible for the health and safety of everyone attending your event. This responsibility cannot be discharged. You must therefore satisfy yourself that you have appropriate safety and assistance at a level suited to the event. The event organiser must satisfy themselves that all contractors are competent, all traders are meeting requirements and that acts and artists all comply with safety requirements. I can assist by reviewing all contractor, supplier, trader and artist health and safety information prior to the event and by being on site during the event to monitor procedures against practice and carry out dynamic assessments on the day.
