South Yorkshire’s biggest festival of music and dance, Wath Festival was established in 1972. Over the years, with the support of the local and national community it is still going strong today.
The festival is proud to host the title of South Yorkshire’s biggest festival of music and dance and brings a stunning array of concerts, community events and family-friendly fun for all ages to the market town of Wath-Upon-Dearne. The festival was also named as Village Festival of the Year 2013 in Fatea Magazine’s Music Awards.
Wath Folk Festival celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2012 where it hosted several sold out concerts at the main stage venue, the Montgomery Hall.
Wath also holds several 'Summer Sessions' concerts throughout the summer months.
